The Heart Behind Firm Foundations
Josh Teboe is the owner of Firm Foundations, where he brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail to every project. After gaining experience in crawlspace protection and maintenance while living in North Carolina, Josh relocated to Florida with his wife in 2024 and launched his own business with a commitment to helping homeowners protect their homes from the ground up.
Josh is actively pursuing a lifelong calling in Christian ministry. He serves in a local church teaching young adults and organizing children’s ministry, where he is passionate about investing in people and building strong, faith-centered communities.
Whether under a home or within his community, Josh is driven by a desire to serve others with excellence, integrity, and purpose.
Why Jacksonville
Florida homes deal with challenges you don’t always see—until it’s too late. With high humidity, heavy rainfall, and low-lying terrain, moisture naturally collects beneath homes, making crawlspaces especially vulnerable to water damage, mold growth, wood rot, and poor air quality. Over time, what starts as damp air under your home can turn into costly structural issues and unhealthy living conditions inside.
We specialize in protecting your home from the ground up. From inspections to full encapsulation systems, we identify moisture problems at the source and provide lasting solutions that keep your crawlspace dry, clean, and structurally sound. Our goal is simple: give you peace of mind knowing your home is built on a healthy, firm foundation.
Treating your home like our own
What truly sets Firm Foundations apart is our unwavering commitment to treating your home with the same care and respect as if it were our own. We understand the trust you place in us, and we strive to exceed expectations with every inspection and service. Choose us for peace of mind, knowing your crawlspace is in the hands of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about your home's integrity and your family's well-being.
