Josh Teboe is the owner-operator of Firm Foundations Crawlspace Maintenance, where he brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail to every project. After gaining hands-on experience in crawlspace protection and maintenance while living in North Carolina, Josh relocated to Florida in 2024 and launched his business with a commitment to helping homeowners protect their homes from the ground up.
Outside of his business, Josh is actively pursuing a lifelong calling in Christian ministry. He serves in a local church teaching young adults and organizing children’s ministry, where he is passionate about investing in people and building strong, faith-centered communities.
